Sometimes you need to get ahold of the 'factory'. If you have gone to a new car dealership for your repairs and feel you have been mistreated . . . or if you have gone to a new car dealership with what you feel is a warranty problem or even a 'just out of warranty problem' and you are told the factory won't cover it . . . that YOU will have to pay for it, you should CALL THE FACTORY. |
Also, if you are at an independent shop, but are more than 100 miles from the nearest new car dealer that services your car, and you feel you have a warranty issue . . . CALL THE FACTORY. If they agree that it is a warranty issue they will probably reimburse you, even if you are not at an authorized repair facility (new car dealership). Make sure you call before the repair is started . . . |
